The Greene County Library plans to close Monday, August 16, 2010 in order to move to a temporary location during the library's renovation. Normal library hours should resume on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at the temporary location.
The Greene County Library Board meets on the 4th Monday of January, April, July and October at 10 AM.
The Greene County Library is a part of the Uncle Remus Regional Library System. The library provides the citizens of Greene County with reciprocal borrowing privileges with all libraries within the Regional Library System. Likewise, the Greene County Library lends materials to citizens of all other counties within the Regional Library System.
